Newborns to get e-mail addresses, SCMP.com, 2 June 2005

“The scheme, called "e-mail 4 all". The scheme is one of a dozen projects the government is undertaking to popularise the internet and promote "e-government" amid plans to get at least 40 per cent of the state's 5 million people connected by 2010. The internet penetration rate is now about 17 per cent among Malaysia’s 25 million population.”

“Yahoo and Cisco Systems are combining their anti-spam technologies to create a new e-mail authentication system. Te system, called DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), wil

“MessageLabs found about 145,000 copies of just one of the new Bagles download variants. The first Tuesday variant appeared to start on a Yahoo Inc. Web mail account. Symantec Corp. also report seeing at least one new Bagle variant Tuesday, but found the worm was spreading less quickly than MessageLabs reported.”
